What is Safety? Why people take serious on this kind of word? Safety means a someone who is being protected from unlikely cause to danger.

The accident rate in the workplace become increases especially at the construction site because the danger is everywhere.For example, even the employer have provide the protection for workers such as eye protection, hearing protection, face mask and so on but these protection are not enough to make a confirm that the condition is always safe.

So the employer should take his responsibilities to ensure his employees are under the protection with giving them the frequent breaks, job rotation in order to reduce the proability the accident or injury occurs.

Then, provide health surveillance for employees to identify their health state after exposure and set up the safe system of work in order to ensure the employees can work in a safe way.
